About the Authors
Patrick D. Dignan (Dhyana's father), was a chemist, inventor, and writer. He was author of a
newsletter on photography that was popular world-wide. He was also the
author of several books and magazine articles. Patrick died November 11th,
1997
Dhyana Coburn is a editor and author of articles on wholistic health. She
lives on the Central Coast of California with her family.
BOOK REVIEW...
I am pleased to review "The Wonders of
Colloidal Silver" co-written by Dhyana L. Coburn and Patrick D. Dignan.
In approximately 100 pages these two people have compiled all the essential
information on this wonder known as "Nature's Super Antibiotic".
The book goes through the history, characteristics, treatment and dosage of
Colloidal Silver.
There is also a section where many people have testified of the effectiveness of
Colloidal Silver when used to treat a multitude of medical problems - major and
minor.
Treatment is described for taking Colloidal Silver orally (a small amount taken
once or twice a day) and externally applied (topically) for skin, eye and ear
problems etc.
The book is well written in simple to understand language and has throughout
it's chapters, references to no less than 70 journals, books, reports or
newsletters - all listed at the back of the book.
A Colloidal Silver generator can be constructed from instructions and circuit
diagrams given in this book. A description of different grades of Colloidal
Silver is included as are the methods for producing these.
There are lists of documented uses of Colloidal Silver dating back to before
1938.
Also listed are many other mineral colloids, with their uses and warnings.
Each time I look at this book I find some new fascinating information.
This book is highly recommended as a reference for anyone wanting to know all
